Use of pump
(1) Preparation and inspection before starting the corrosion-resistant self-priming pump. The self-priming pump is lubricated with high-quality calcium-based butter and No. 1 engine oil according to the working conditions of the pump. If the pump is lubricated with butter, butter should be added to the bearing box regularly. If the oil level of the pump lubricated with engine oil is insufficient, add enough. , check whether the liquid storage in the pump casing is higher than the upper edge of the impeller. If it is not enough to inject the liquid directly into the pump body from the liquid filling port on the pump casing, the operation should not be started when the liquid storage is insufficient, otherwise the pump cannot It works normally and the mechanical seal is easily damaged. , check whether the rotating parts of the corrosion-resistant self-priming pump are stuck in magnetic collisions. Check whether the nuts at the bottom of the pump body and the joints are loose. Check the coaxiality and parallelism between the pump shaft and the motor main shaft.
