Faults and countermeasures
Gear pump does not operate

The electrical control part should check the wiring.

If the oil pump is not clean, the gear and main shaft are stuck with paint. The main body of the gear pump and the main shaft should be cleaned before installation.

Loosen and tighten the couplings of the motor and oil pump.
Cannot pump paint

The oil seal is broken. If there is no seal, turn the spindle and replace the oil seal.

If the oil pipe at the joint is worn, the bad part should be cut off and the oil pipe should be reconnected.

If the oil pipe is clogged, it depends on the severity of the situation. If it is light, blow it with air and if it is serious, replace the oil pipe.

The oil outlet of the atomizer is blocked. Clean the paint at the oil outlet.

The oil pump is worn and should be returned to the company for repair or scrapped.
